What's the height limit for ShapeScale users?

When we ship, the maximum height of a ShapeScale user, at which we can scan the entire body from head to toe is 6'4". Taller users can still get scanned, but ShapeScale won't be able to scan the top of their heads. 

However, we're still working on increasing this height limit.

    The specs I saw elsewhere on the site state the arm extends to 57".  Doesn't that mean the ShapeScale can't stop the top of the head for anyone taller than 4'9"?
